Huge thanks to Vancouver International Film Festival for having us! It was a pleasure to be part of a great film festival and in my home town no less. Thanks to Kelly Ruth Mercier at Co-Op Radio for having me on the Arts Rational show. Indie Memphis, Philadelphia Asian Film Festival, DC APA Film Festival, New York United Film Festival, you guys are awesome. Thank you all!

If any of you missed last Saturday’s screening of our film at San Diego Asian Film Festival, you’ll have a second and third chance. We are part of the short animation program and alot of these films are not to be missed. I’ll be at the screening on Oct 21st for the QA. See you there!

That is what Shamu would say if it could talk. Poor thing. Anyways, we are heading out to San Diego for the San Diego Asian Film Festival. I’ll be there to give a Q&A on the screening on the 21st. Thank you to all those of you that came out last night! The shorts program, “Road work ahead” will be screening again this afternoon at 4:00pm. If you couldn’t make it out last night be sure to check it out tonight.

It occurred to me last night; 12 years ago was the first time I set foot into Pacific Cinematheque where I saw my first VIFF film that marked my first film festival experience. I wouldn’t of imagined, over a decade later, I would be watching my own film at the same venue in the same film festival where I first fell in love with cinema.
